hi few days back i was going thru a thread about timelines which said that bhc tries to clear applications in 15 days

so just wanna ask from which date bhc starts counting these days
the date the application is submitted or the day status changed to under process

The date they receive your application for applicants from outside UK

The date the applications sent by Royal mail for applicants within UK
