will dual employment create problem with HSMP visa?

Hi Friends,

I have a overlapping period of 10 days with my 1st and 2nd job. will this be problem during my UK HSMP visa application?

Example:

My first company tenure: 01-May-2005 to 10-jun-2007
My second company tenure: 01-jun-2007 to 30-nov-2007

here you could see the overlapping period of 10 days.

i did a big mistake of joining the 2nd company (as a token of confirmation) before formally relieving from the services of 1st company. will this be a problem during UK HSMP application?

If it is a problem , shall i hide the tenure with 2nd company (6 months) in my visa application?

It is not a problem at all.. except if you are on Tier2 visa during the overlapping period;
