Query regarding the Pay slips dates

Hi friends...

Firstly, thanks to all those people who are running this forum and helping many people by giving your valuable suggestions.

I’m on Tier-1 PSW visa. I’m going to apply my Tier-1 General in December2010. Here is a brief summary of my situation.

“Since Jan2010 I started trading thru my limited company and hired an accountant based in Cheshire and after 3months of trading I moved to a new accountant as I got very poor service from the first.

When I was with first accountant, for the first 3months I took salary on every 20th (Jan 20th, feb20th, mar20th) of the calendar month. Like
For Jan month (01 Jan-31 Jan) I took salary on 20th Jan,
For Feb. month (01 Feb-28 Feb) I took salary on 20th Feb,
For mar month (01Mar-31Mar) I took salary on 20th mar,

Now, when I gave the above information of the first 3months to my new accountant, he then produced my first 3months pay slips and the information on my first 3months pay slips shows
1.The gross and net salary
2.Date on which the pay slip is generated(20.01.10 & 20.02.10 & 20.03.10)
3.Tax code, deductions etc

But from April onwards he told me that he’s going to be producing my pay slips on 30th or 31st of every month (it seems they run the payroll of every person on 31st of every month). Like,
For April month (01 April - 30 April) I’ll take salary on 30 April.
For May month (01 May - 31 May) I’ll take salary on 31st May.
Continues every month. Till December.

Here is my query,

1. As ,I want to show my earnings from (Jan 2010- dec2010) and claim points, will it be OK if my first 3months pay slips show the date 20.01.10 & 20.02.10 & 20.03.10 then the rest of the pay slips show 31st of every month.
2. Is it OK, if I take a different salary for the first 3 moths, and take a different salary for the rest of the remaining months.
3. Is it ok, that for the first 3 months of my personal bank statements show the
Salaried transferred date as 20.01.10 & 20.02.10 & 20.03.10(from Business acc to Personal acc) and the rest of the months salaried transferred date as 31.04.10(from Business acc to Personal acc) etc.
4.Are these documents sufficient, for applying Tier-1General as an employee,
•Pay slips.
•Personal Bank Documents.
•Letter from accountant.

Could you please clarify these queries for me?

Dates o payslips n in bankstatements are not a problem as long as you enclose sufficient n geniune evidences
