tier1 dependent visa processing time delhi-strange case

hi gurus
i recently got married n i am on tier 1 JR. my wife stayed in uk for 6 yrs, she was married b4 n her marriage broke down within 2 yrs of time n then her visa got rejected , but before she left the country , we got married(divorce sorted ).in all , she overstayed and worked for 5 months while we were waiting for COA for marriage .now she is in india as she volunteray departed on 29 th march
she has applied for tier 1 dependent on 7th april 2010. can you tell how long the application takes?
and wat are the chances of application being successful(bearing in mind the overstay)

she has Been refused visa and now we filled an appeal against the points raised my UKBA
Her bank statements were more than 3 months old
my bank didn't have loggo n they wanted a letter from my bank
.
