TIER 1 dependant - Work opportunities

Does the tier 1 dependants have an equal work opportunities as Tier 1 holders?

Do the employers has any problems if having a valid tier1 dep visa?

Yes Tier-1 Dependant can work full time in UK.

Not really. I am on tier-1 dependant. I never had any problem with any employer so far.
