Post by davecarlaw » Sun Apr 18, 2010 10:33 am

i jus came back from Canada on a 2 year work visa, Australia is my home country and i returned on the 25th of march visiting my girlfriend
she has applied for a 1 year work visa to come and stay with me here.
im anticipating to go back to Canada with her,to work again when she finishes up the 1 year work visa

my question is
how long must i wait before i can apply once again to work in canada?
im crossing my fingers its 1 year lol

it depends...you can get hold of a consultant who deals with Canada immigration on a regular basis...like the Goldman Associates (http://immigrationtocanada.org/)

The best thing to do is check on the CIC's website (www.cic.gc.ca) and with your local Canadian consulate.
