How to send the Documents?

Hello!

I am curious to know:
1)How to send the HSMP application?
2)Should I have to do anything special to ensure its safety?
3) How much it costs to courier it from India?
4) Is there any special packing cover required to send it?

Send by DHL to the HSMP team (in HSMP guidance u will find it). DHL itself is safe but additionally you can ask to have an insurance on your pack. Ask any DHL agent or visit www.dhl.com

No special packing cover but ensure it should be fair enough strong to keep all those documents and should they fit in.
