College suspended for more then 3 months, what is my status.

Hi all,

i took admission in Aug, 2009 in London school of business and computing. i got extension before 5th Oct, 2009 and i got visa valid till April, 2011. the problem is that the college was suspended in late DEC, 2009 and is still not on the registered list. the college telephone is not working and their doors are closed.

now i am worried about my status in this country. i don't know what to do further.
my question is that,
Am i legal in this country or not?

You need to find another sponsor, if the doors are locked you cannot be studying there.

Better to change sponsors than get your visa curtailed.
