Hi guys,

I have a friend of mine who is going to apply for a visa. He lied in one of his previous visa. That was not discovered by the case worker but he did not get the visa either. That application was made in the UK. Now he will make a new application from outside UK...in the case they will find that he provided an incorrect information in one of his previous application will he get a ten year ban or one year ban. He made the incorrect information in the application while he was in the UK? and now he is going to make a new one from outside?

What was this 'lie'? Apart from that, he will also have to put down the visa refusal on any further applications, within UK or out!

regarding sponsorship, if he was getting any sponsorship or not

What was the reason behind him not getting the visa? And how does he know that the lie wasn't discovered by case worker?
Unless you come up with answers to these, we have to just assume the case and say a straight NO to his application!

just want to update..

I have just seen his refusal letter and there is a ban but he did not notice it! well the case worker is always there:) so be careful guys:) and be honest :), just want to say I misunderstood him it was NOT invalid application
