Tier-1 Dependants going to india for few months

Hi ,
Gurus pls help us.
I am planning to travel to UK with my wife and child on Tier-1 visa on May 20th. My wife and child (both Tier-1 dependants) will then travel to India around 30th May and are planning to stay for about 4-5 months and in the meanwhile I will be looking for jobs.

My questions are:

1. When they come back after about 4-5 months will that be an issue at Port Of Entry?

2. When they come back and if I am still looking for a job will that be an issue? Will they ask for pay stubs, proof of accommodation, utility bills etc from my wife at the port of entry?
