PENDING STUDENT APPEAL

I applied for extension when my school was on Register of sponsor, thereafter the school was suspended. My application was refused on 1st March with right of appeal. I have pending appeal at the moment waiting for hearing. Today, my school was re-enlisted into the Register of Sponsor with B ratings.

What is my chance of winning my appeal and what is the implication of their inclusion.
