Earnings from an agricultural farm

Dear Gurus,

Can earnings from an agricultural farm be used for Tier1(G)? If so, what documents the applicant need to produce as evidence?

One friend of mine is currently in the UK on PSW. He is doing a full time job and earns around £20K from his job.

He also owns an agricultural farm back in India where he has a full time employee to look after his crops.

Can earnings from the farm, in addition to his salary, be used to meet Tier1 requirement? What documents he needs to produce as evidence?
