Do I need to submit WorkPermit with Tier1 application?

Hi,

I am going to submit my application to change my Work Permit status to Tier 1. Is it essential/required to submit Work Permit letter along with my application. Unfortunatley I am not able to find this letter.

I do have my Original Work permit letter from my first job but than I changed my job and had an updated Work permit. But I cannot find this letter now.

Would appreciate if you can confirm how essential this docuemnt is?
