Hi,

I am working in UK (in client location )for the last 18 months. I want to apply for Tier1 but I have a query .

Could somebody confirm me if I can show both my UK and India salary for claiming points in earings ? As I am getting paid in GBP and I get my basic + incentives in INR .
I will be able to claim my points only if I show both the earings.

You can claim points for salary you receive out side UK. However, Uplift will not be applied on the same.

You should refer to the Tier1 Guidance for clarification on incentives.
