I got my pack back from BHC, Abuja today with EC stamped for one year for me & spouse.

Submitted docs for EC - 27/9/05
Recieved docs + pps stamped with EC - 20/10/05

This is my checklist for EC, this may help one or two pple

1 APPLICATION
a. 2 Completed Visa Application Forms
b. 2 Passports (for me and my spouse).
c. ValuCard (for me and my spouse).

2 REFERENCE

a. Original HSMP Approval Letter
b. Cover Letter
c. Reference and Salary letters .
d. 9 month payslips .
e. 9 month bank statement of Accounts
f. 6 month bank statements for my spouse.

3 FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

• Breakdown of my Projected Expenditure and Income in First 12 months in the UK
• Summary of My Financial Circumstances

a. Cash Deposits in Bank: N 885,899.18 (3,543.59GBP)

b. Evidence of Disposable Assets and Shares worth Nxxx,xxx.xx

I. Asset Valuation certificate showing all my assets

II. Shares Certificates worth Nxxx,xxx.xx

III. Proceeds from Sales of Assets
a. Sworn affidavit of Sales Agreement Certificate of some Assets worth Nxxx,xxx.xx.

5 ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENT

a. Letter of offer of accommodation from family
b. Copies of his passport with appropriate pages
c. His proof of residence- Copy of BT telephone bill
d. Copy of his leave to remain approval letter from HO

6 PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP
a. Marriage Certificate


7. PROOFS OF PROFEESIONAL CERTIFICATION

8. JOB SEARCH PLAN
