Applying proceedure

Hi ALl,

My Brother is thinking to apply for Tier 1 visa from USA,(he is in USA on h1)

my COnfussion is that when i did my HSMP i have send my Cover letter, Application with Evidence Docs to Home Office in UK to get a approval letter

and with this approval letter i went to local UK Consulate to get my VISA stampted.


Please anyone can update me with the proceedure now,

Hi ,

You have to go to vfs in USA ... kindly search google and type VFS usa .. you will get the link ... go there and apply this is now the procedure..
