Hi All,

As per the guide to act as a referee, the referee should know the applicant personally atleast 3 years. I worked for my previous employer 21/2 years then I changed my job. I have been working for my present employer 9 months now, Can anyone act as a referee from my previous employer although I worked there less than 3 years? But it has been more than 3 years since I know them. Does it require to be face to face contact daily for 3 years to act as a referee? I never stayed in one place and with one employer for 3 years.

Can you guys please advise me?

you just have to know them for 3 years...your ex employer can be ur referee
