Tier 1 dependent query..urgent..plz help

Hi,
i m going to apply for tier 1 general (dependent). I was married last week in my hometown in punjab but i m working in pune.

should i apply my dependent visa from pune or punjab. if i have to apply from pune then what documents are required to show that i m residing in pune.

My husband is in UK right now..

Pune/ Punjab doesn't matter..

you need to have ORIGINALS of

1. Marriage Certificate + Photos + Invitation Card
2. Passport
3. Rest of the supporting Documents from ur hubby like..


a. Maintenance funds bankstatements
b. Passport + Visa copy
c. accomodation proof
d. 6months bankstatements
e. 6months payslips ...

If you live in Pune, then the application should be submitted there. Where you got married is irrelevant, where you live decides where you should apply.

Evidence of residence in Pune can be shown through (amongst others):
1. Copy of tenancy agreement.
2. Telephone bill.
3. Utility bill.
4. Letter from employer confirming residential address from their records.
