Breach of Peace-Naturalisation

Post by raajnarang » Sun May 09, 2010 12:23 am

I was arrested for Breach of peace and later I was given Bindover for 12 Months.

I was told, It is not a criminal conviction. Do I still need to declare it on the AN form.

This incident happened on 11th April.

A bind over is not a criminal conviction and you are not obliged to mention it.

Thanks for the reply. But I was told my the solicitor it is not a criminal conviction. It is a civil case. So why do I need to say I have criminal conviction.

Do we have any professional here?
