visa refusal reference number for Tier 2 dependant

Hi,
My wife's entry clearance application has been refused recently and now she is planning to apply again from her home country.

Now the application form (VAF10) is asking details about the previous application and asking to quote Home Office reference number which we don't have or the visa reference number which doesn't apply in this case, i believe.

The only reference or number thing I have available with me is a Post Reference number on the refusal letter with the city's name she applied from following by six digits number.

Can anyone help?
