Tier 1 form help

What form i should use for my new born baby and my wife as i will be applying my Tier 1 General hsmp within the UK.

Do i need to send pictures of my 10 months old daughter ?

Is your wife and child currently in UK as your dependents? If so, use the form available on this webpage (top right).

you need to send photos. Why are you reluctant? the photo guidance says -

In addition, babies under one year old do not need to have their eyes open even though this is preferable. All other requirements must be met. If the baby’s head needs to be supported, the supporting hand must not be in the picture.
