WHICH FORMS ILR 10 YEAR

Post by LEAH0308 » Sun May 16, 2010 1:38 pm

Hi,

I intend applying for the 10 year long term visa.

1) Can I apply 28 days before

2) Which Form do I fill out

My husband also qualifies I we have a 3 year daughter

3) Which form should they fill out and when can they apply.

Considering the postal is taking + 6 months, their visa will expire before I even get an answer back from the home office.

Any help will be great !!

Thanks

You can apply 28 years before the completion of the 10 years, and form SET(O) is the one to use.
My husband also qualifies
You mean they are also coming up to the 10-year mark? The two of you came to the UK at the same time? If yes, he needs to complete his own form SET(O). There is no "drag-along" with Long Residence applications.
we have a 3 year daughter
Where was she born? In the UK? If yes, do you intend to apply for British Citizenship for her, once either/both you or your husband has ILR?
