Question 6.3 "Have you ever been Refused a Visa for any Country ?"

Well..I don't have any Visa refusal, but I have an US L-1B petition on my behalf (Individual) denied... My company applied for the petition and it got denied and so I ofcourse didn't even go to apply for the US Visa.. never went for the appointment, no mark on passport.

Guess I can safely say "No" to the above question ? Visa and Petition are 2 different things, correct ?

Yes your understanding is right... but to be on safe side mention in brief in ur cover letter the same
