Payment through Credit Card rejected

Hi all,

I have just been informed by my Credit Card company that CIO, sydney tried to debit my Credit card on May 12, 2010 but due to blockage of my credit card they failed. I have not received any email from CIO yet.

Please if any body could advise me what to do?
