does my 6 months old baby need medical exam

iwant to sponsor my faimly , i have got PR and i m in canada,
iwant to apply for both my wife and daughter, they both are in my home country
the question is,
does my baby needs to undergo any medical exam as she is only 6 months old???

Have you considered asking Canadian High Commission where you applied for the visa? Of course you are welcome to keep asking here until you get an answer which could be hours, days, months or years.
