Accomodation letter help

Post by Q4sim » Sat May 22, 2010 9:26 am

Hey everyone,

My parents are in the process of writing an accomodation letter and it contains the following points:-

1)That they are the owners of the house
2)The mortgage will be paid off in the next few years
3)Number of bedrooms and other rooms in the house
4)Asides from them and myself, one other person lives in the house
5)The fact that I help with bills as i'm paying the mortgage although this is not on my name
6) My dad and his other son is responsible for all other expenditure
7)There is enough accomodation for myself and my wife to live here for as long as we wish.

Is there anything missing or needs changing?
Should this be written in a letter format as opposed to numbering each point?
Is this letter entitled an accomodation later?
Who needs to sign it?
Do I need to show evidence that other people live in the house, ie. a letter on their name?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Parents need to sign as they are the owners.
