I Was Apply My Non EEA FP Did Any One Know About Nadra Marrige Certificate Issuing Through Local Union Council.
What You Think ECO Satisfy that marriage,
marriage Is Legal In Pakistan But There Is Local Council Issung Marrige Certificate May Be Its Help To Proof To Be Reconized Coz In Pakistan Have A Big Issue About Nikha Nama Im Thinking If We Give Them Local Union Council Marrige Certificate .

This Marrige Certificate In English And Urdu As Well Attestd With Union Council Govt .Its Call NADRA MARRIGE CERTIFICATE (Govt Of Pakistan)

If the marriage took place in Pakistan, and if its recognised in pakistan, then its recognised in UK too. Simple.

but does a nikah nama have to be attested by someone in british high comission?? i was told this by someone but i am not sure. i have the nadra registered nikah certificate, just not sure if it needs to be attested by anyone at all
