Tire 2 Visa Delayed

Hi,

I am tire 2 (Intra company transfer) visa holder. my visa got expired on 30th of April 2010.

I submitted my Tier-2 visa(Intra company transfer) application on 16th April via post and received the letter of acknowledgement on 21th April.


After that I haven’t got any other letter form them.
While applying for first visa which expired on 30th April I given biometric.

Do i need to wait for Biometric letter? Do i get visa directly without bio metric?

If biometric is compulsory then by what time I shd get the letter?

To whom i can contact to ask about the progress.?
