Adding PF payment (of 2005-2008) to previous earnings?

My friend's total salary earning is marginally short of meeting the minimum points required.

But there is an amount of around 45K INR deposited into the bank account as PF payment by his previous employer. This payment is for the period of 2005-2008. This payment happened in the chosen 12 months.This payment is nowhere recorded in his relevant salary slips.(It wouldn't as it is from another company).

But he has PF payment slip from the other company.

Can this PF be added ? Please advice ?
