Applying from USA for HSMP(Tier1) Visa

Hi,

I am an Indian Citizen and i want to apply for HSMP visa. I
have calculated my points using point based calculator and the points
are fine. Currently, i am residing in USA on L1 visa since last month.Could you please confirm, if i can submit my HSMP visa application in USA and if so, is there any mininum time duration, which i
should spend in USA before applying for HSMP Visa.

Please confirm me the same at the earliest.

You can apply from any place where you have a resident permit to work and live, so you are fine.
