Hello ,
I am in a dilemma,
My Tier 1 visa got rejected and also the appeal got rejected.
My solicitoer has applied for a upper level tribunal for further appeal.

The weird thing is i am completing 10 years in Uk in June 2010.
I have been a student all this while and the student visa expried in september 20009 when i applied for the tier 1 visa.

What are my options , can i apply for PR on one side and wait for the appeal to proced on the other.

or what are my oprtions.
