Right To Work Protest IV

Right To Work Protest IV Tuesday, 1 June 2010 Time: 19:30 - 20:30 The Dail Street: Kildare St Dublin, Ireland

Who is it for?

Over the past year we have taken a battering. The employers and the Government have used the media to divide Public and Private Sector workers. They want us ALL to accept pay cuts, worse conditions and to work longer for a pension.

These disastrous policies have been adding thousands to the dole queues.

Now it is time for us to come together to spread the resistance. This campaign is about building solidarity between the unemployed and trade unionists, community activists, students, migrant workers, pensioners and those campaigning for green jobs.

It's time to spread the fightback.

The Campaign has organised spirited demonstrations at the Dail and will be organising soon in every town across the country in order to call a National Protest where all those who want the Fianna Fail clique out can come together on the streets.

Join the fightback!

Oh christ you get these clowns in Ireland ?

We also have them over here in England .

They alwasys claim to be fighting for workers rights etc and make themselves out to be working class but they are always rich extremists that are trying to force there views on everyone . Everything that is against their views is always quickly given the label of beloved .

They are rich fools with to much time on their hands . They will protest about anything .

The funny thing is they beleive in free speach yet these types will shout down and protest against anyone that has views different to their own  free speach indeed .

More of a worry should be the fact that you are the guy that used the offensive and disparaging term of 'mick' to abuse a person on this forum that is Irish . Disgusting .

yeah I'm a rich extremist. I come from a working class family in America and the main organizer is from a working class family in Dublin. Neither of us have ever been rich. We are representative of the people organizing and involved in the campaign.
I guess you didn't notice the dearly beloved term that was used against me before I used that term or maybe you just didn't want to.
Furthermore you are using lies to "shout me down". Now who doesn't believe in free speech?

I just looked in the thread in which you used the facial slang word and can not see where he used any dearly beloved term towards you , infact his only comments to you came after your offensive and disparaging attack on him .

Rattlesnake or SBT snake or owner or whatever name you choose to call yourself, your constant personal attacks on contributing members of this forum is becoming quite troublesome and irritating.

You seem to have a problem with people who are fighting lovey but seem to show unreserved compassion and love for the lovey. In my view this in itself speaks about you as a person.

You mention meats and Tom, who happen to be people of extremely poor conduct, to the extent that the forum authorities found decided to take punitive measures, and so one of them has been banned (Meats) and the other is on the last stages before been thrown out ( Tommy boy).

There Is the saying that "show me your friends and i will tell your character." and this action shows clearly what your character is like.

Your name might have been changed but you are the same person that used homophobic comments against Prettypolitical, and kept harrassing VT about the benefit , which she was legally entitled to and his Nigerian partner whom you dislike because one of your siblings had an unpleasant relationship with a Nigerian.

You know what they say about throwing stones on glass houses. I will strongly suggest you tone done your personal attacks, and keep quite.

We all have difficult times, but we manage to contain it. Get a grip, cut the personal attacks.

Myself and other members, target lovely view, not the bearers of those views.

So because i dared to speak out against you yesterday we get this rather childish reply from you ? . As i told you yesterday stop the arguments but you now seem to want 1 with me *sighs*

I have no love for lovey , if i see a dearly beloved/biggoted comment i speak out against it .... as i have spoken out aginst the comment Sovtek made yesterday and the dearly beloved garbage you and Rebel82 have posted in the past . IF Tom had of posted a dearly beloved comment to Sovtek yesterday , i would speask out against that , but having checked Toms replies to Sovtek in that thread he NEVER made any dearly beloved comments to him . My friends are not Tom nor Meats , you mention that because i mentioned yesterday about youir constant attacks on them ? i found your attacks on them boring ... it does not make them my friend , it just means i find it pathetic that you sit online all day following every comment made by 'certain members' looking for a chance to attack them .

Yes , i dislike VT very much . A person having a kid that they can not support is wrong to me . . To suggest i disliked her because of her partners nationality or skin colour is a disgace and disgusts me and shows what a low life you are . That is a disgusting remark . I have stated many time on this forum my views on benefit abuse and never once have those views been based in any way on skin colour or nationality.

Prettypolitical, i like and respect . Despite what you say ....

You are a nasty and pathetic little man now run along and get a job .

I will not be active in this thread anymore because the comments from the unemployed pond life Obie has me disgusted . :x :x

Never once have my views been based on a persons skin colour or nationality and for that bitter little twat to suggest that is the most low thing ever .

What a wicked and vile thing to suggest ....

This is the thread that got Obie all upset http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=56635 . And yes i dared to speak out against him and then reported him to John .... all i said in the thread was as follows ..

"Well done Scrudu . I do fear you are wasting your time though .

In the past i have spoken out many times against the constant attacks that Obie makes on members . It is not just IrishTom that is victim to his constant attacks , i remember he did the same to a member called Meats . I beleive his motives are very sinister .

I think Tom has started to take the high ground by ignoring such attacks . Maybe Obie needs to follow his example and just ignore posts by Tom as the constant fighting is a negative thing on this forum and is not needed .

It is really boring and has gone on way to long . Drop it already Let no more threads be ruined by fighting ....

*EDITS* i have just messaged John , so he will be very aware of this thread . My advice would be for people to take any arguments to private messages and keep said arguments off the forum . Thank you ."

sigh,

its a question of whether we want to return to the reasons why the big companies came here in the first place - high skilled, low wages and competiveness. we can't continue to believe that we can enjoy the same lifestyle that we did 3-4 years ago. granted, not all had the two cars etc, but it was a damn sight better than 10 years ago. our industry has gone to s£it, we have become arrogant and our public service (not the ordinary decent nurse, garda and other front liners) is a joke. look at the decent enough wages low skilled workers in the department of justice, yer best friends are getting. ok, €25,000 is not alot, particularily when they have a house etc. but seriously, have skills are needed for their jobs. processing passports aint high tech high skilled. processing citizenship applications, which i must add, the final decision being the minsiter and or senior and experienced civil servants.

i am sorry but some in the civil servants and public sector have had it lucky over the years. anyone remember those paid gap years that they were allowed to take for travelling? i know a few who got to go off to america for a bit. guess why they did over there? fu7king work on the builders or arse around "discovering themselves" doing any job other than one that would improve their work skills in ireland.

we have too many chiefs and not enough indians. our wages have gone sky high and with that, the price of living

we all have to take our cuts, never mind what the neighburs are doing. yes target the spoofers and rich, but remember, they are the ones who, because they will be the people government want to invest their millions back into the community, will have the gun to government balls.

btw i am a low paid worker, so none of yer sh*te. it does not matter one ioata who gets in, the pain is going to be dished out. sadly, no matter how many times you click those red shoes for the wizzard of ozz, the low paid will be attacked, but don't be under some daft illusion that the better off wont feel the burn.

if any one has any dealings with the public sector as a consumer or private citizen in the past 10 years, little sympathy could be shown. just remember that next time when ye are complaining about the INIS and GNIB who don't seem in yer eyes to be able to do their jobs. nice to see the boys in blue show solidarity at the first march to the dail btw or at shell to sea. let ye remember that next time they put posters up of poor mickey and michelle all stabby stabby (probably would get worse after 10 -20 pints,er, in copper face jacks)

btw solvek, owner would also be referring to the big players in the march, sorry to burst your ego dear pal, but i don't think he refers to you. people like fintan "two homes" champagne socialist o'toole and richard "rich boy" barret and vincent "i want to be back at rte" "i want to be a td" browne
