Dear Kayalami, Chess and Others

Post by Shankar_24 » Mon May 10, 2004 5:22 am

Hello,

I got a question that might be helpful for others as well. May be they might need it in near future or for someone else.

My friend has a degree plus 7 years of experience in Hotel industry including 4 years exp. in U.S. My friend got married 4 months back. His wife also has a degree plus 5 years of experience in the same industry. It was a arranged love marriage. He has official marriage certificate, 400 marriage photographs, 2 hours long Video CD and Certificates edrosed by government officials. As well House lease agreement, Fixed deposits, etc..

:?: Can they apply for HSMP?

It would nice to get practical views from you all. Thank you. Chao!!

No, HSMP rule says they should be married for at least 2 years.

If they satisfy HSMP criteria - minimum 65 points - then they should apply....
Where there is a will there is a way.
