Working in UK with my dependent pass? what/who to inform??

hello,

i have been having my tier-1 (general) dependent pass but i used it to visit my partner in UK in the past.

now i decide to go over to uk to work. what do i need to do?

every time i was in the immigration clearance, the officer always asked me the purpose of my visit, i always said visiting my partner. this time i will say i am coming here to look for a job. what will the officer need from me and what will i need to do?

This time you say that you are entering UK to join your partner/spouse in the UK and live with him/her long term (not just a visit).

There is no restriction on dependents' employment and you do not need to inform anyone!
