10 Years residency

Im living in uk legaly for the last 10 years can I apply for ILR in person?
when Im trying to book an online appointment under SET O categery it says seto excluding long residency and set o including long residency.
when i selected SET O including long residency there are no slots,But for SETO excluding long reidency there are slots available.

Im confuse now,If anyone let me know can i apply for long residency (10 Years) IN PERSON
