My temp. Stamp 4 expired 45 days ago,,but still I didnot get any response from doj????

If it has been more than six months since you applied for a Residence Card and your application has not yet been decided, the DoJ are in breach of EC law.

Write a letter of complaint and allow them to respond. The next step is to contact Solvit.

do you have to apply again for stamp 4 when it finishes?

i got it on work permit basis
