Maintanance funds should be 90 days or 3 months duration?

Post by leelapavan » Mon May 31, 2010 12:06 pm

I have deposited sufficient liquid funds in my savings account. 90 days will be completed by 31-May-2010 and 3 months will be complete on 3-June-2010. So, now can I apply for Tier 1 (General) Visa on 3rd June 2010 by taking a letter from Bank on the same day? How the Immigration consider for the funds should be there more than 90 days or 3 months? Please clarify. :D :) [/quote]

Hi Ramesh

Does not 3 months mean 90 days?

Can you clearify?

Hi ,

It's clearly mention that funds must be in an account for 3 months or 90 days . So they will count the date from the deposit on the official account statement and just go 90 + days . It is always wise to bring " some room" in your funds date and pass 100 days . This will hopefully clear your answer of 3 months or 90 days

Best of luck for your Visa
Thanks

Ali
