tier 1 visa renewal - salary criteria old or new rules??

hi.

My tier 1 visa renewal is due in july 2011 and im trying to find out if i need to find out if i get points by old set of rules or new ones?

especially the points for salary .. i have realised the bar for salary has gone up a lot and i need to earn 35000 GBP to qualify with the new set of rules where as with the old set of rules 24000 would have been sufficient!!!

also can i use company dividend vouchers as proof of earnings??
