I am planning to apply for PBS T1 next week, but am confused regarding .....

1. I was rejected US student visa once, and got a new passport. If I hide that i was refused a visa, is there any way for UKBA to know it?
2. I have the previous earnings and the maintenance fund in the same account. Do I have to provide 2 statements?
3.In personal Deatils for, in page 7, it says about using a separate sheet to list documents attached. Is there any prescribed format for the separate sheet?
4. The earning details (employer, contact address) field is too small. Is it ok to keep writing downwards (which will obviously fall into next cells in the same column)?
5. Is it ok if i do not send any cover letter?

1. Do not hide anything or lie in response to questions asked. Period!
2. No.
3. No.
4. Use a separate sheet or use the "additional information" space, if given.
5. Cover letters go a long way in assisting the caseworker understand your application (e.g. - previous earnings and maintenance funds being shown in the same account).
