Accountants letters - URGENT

Dear all,

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 General and next week and i want to be certain about the accountants letters; does any of them need to reflect my income from employment ie my gross and net salary? Or is it just selfemployment income?

I have seen some templates which include income breakdown from both
employment and selfemplyment.
