College not helping me what should I do?

I applied for extension my visa on17-02-10 under new college because my college was under suspension and refuesed for maintainence funds.home office assumed that I did not complete any course since dec/2008.but I finished my course on dec/2009.i was not able to send it with my application for administration process of my previous college.home office also said they were notified by previous college that college expelled me for non attendance.college did not give me any notice and i did not know about this at all.i finished my course under this college and I got accademic transcript which did not send with my application.i have right to appeal.i requested my previous college again and again for a written confirmation letter that I was a student of this college untill dec/2009.but college refused me to give a letter.please help me .what should I do now?thanks in advance for help?

dear how can it possible that if you were in a college foe more then one year, and they denied to give you any letter. I dont think so. there is something fishy. did you really studied there or if you do you have all the initial letters with you. if yes then take those leter with you to a solicitors show them and ask advice. it would cost you not more then 20 pounnds.

You should take letter from your college first in which you mention that you want to change your college due to some reason.After doing all this than you will need to contact with Home office for extension.
