Funds maintenance for Tier 1 dependant..advice

Hi,

Could someone please let me know if i have to apply for a tier 1 dependent from india, how much funds do i have to maintain, if the primary tier 1 visa holder is residing in the UK for more than 12 months, and as well does he needs to have fund maintenance for both of us or is it just for a dependant.

Thanks for ur reply..just a small clarification..i already have my tier 1 G visa valid until 2013 but my dependant is not vth me ..she is applying from india..so vl i have to maintain the funds for both of us or will i have to maintain only 533 for her...
