has anyone got clarification what kind of insurance one should have as a sole trader without employees?

Nobody seems to have an answer about this question. I have asked 3-4 times but noone on this board seems to have a clear idea if a 'Self Employed person as a 'Sole Trader' even need to have more documents to shows apart from :

1. Accountant Statement
2. Invoices
3. Bank Transactions

Thank you all for your replies. However i am still not convinced it has to be ELI so am sticking with the PLI I already have.

More so, I called the HO to verify about ELI and it took them 20 minutes to figure out what this was all about. Anyway there are other types of evidences one can submit as has been mentioned on this forum in the past.
