Enquiry on HSMP Extention

Hie,

I would briefly like to explain you my case! I was given HSMP in 2005 validating from 18.07.2005 till 18.07.2006 and then it has been extended till 10.07.2010.

I cannot apply for PR as I have been away from UK for more than I should have been.

Can you please suggest me if I should go through Tier 1 all the way through points based system or an Extension is possible?

You should be apply under JR.
