you get COS on the same day or next day.. depends on your company mainly i suppose.

It can take between 4-6 weeks depending on the documentation submitted. Of course, if the UKBA need to visit the employer, it can take substantially longer.

I have gone through with the comments on this post, just need a quick one from you guys, if some one help me out.

My company has applied the Sponsorship License in April we havent got that yet. Does any one know what is the duration of getting one?

Offcourse on the sponsorship, my visa is dependant. One I get that license, I will apply for visa.

Please provide me the info....

1.After they have visited, how many days they take to make a decision?
2. Can I book an appointment through PREMIUM SERVICE before getting any SL?
3. Does anyone know, what is the nearest date for booking an appointment?

I am totally confused because I am still waiting for my SL and this is July12. Then I have to apply for tier-2 visa. And I have to visit my country in Feb13 at all cost. If my documents (tier-2 processing) are with embassy, How can I travel in Feb?
