i am on psw ,as my visa is running out soon(2weeks) i woud like to apply for Teir4 ,but i have had few confusions:
Can i apply in a Foundation degree course,which normally lasts for 3 years;eventhough i've already gained a Level 7 dimloma ,and had gotten psw on those bases?

Can i also enrolled in an pre-sessional course while having a un-conditional offer letter for a Master's degree?i'll much appreciate if somone help me out on these issues as it causes me prodigious amount of stress everyday,and i aint got much time left only few weeks.
note:i neva left the country while i was on psw.
