ILR Application Advice

I came to UK in 11/11/2005 - on WP.But my visa was issued on 13/10/2005.
I was on WP till Aug2008 and then i changed to Tier1 General Visa.
Soo 13/10/2005 to 13/10/2010 makes 5years.
So when exactly in 2010 i can apply for my ILR as i came to UK on 11/11/2005?

I was made Redundant in Sep2008,so i had 3 months gap in my employment?
will this effect my application for ILR?

Apart from this i have been on holidays every year for atleast 2 months - mostly paid holidays
How many days i am allowed to be outside UK?

another problem i have a Police caution and also Speeding Ticket fine from Court,as i failed to pay the one on post?

Can some please advise me in details what are my chances for my ILR Application.

Please make an effort to search the forum, this question has been answered many a times n the past...

your five year clock starts from the date you arrived... so you complete ur 5 yrs in 10/11/2010. You can apply 28 days before 10/11/10.

Redundant - 3 months gap will not be a problem...

your not suppose to be out of the country for more than 180 days in total over 5 yr period. Also, none of your holidays should exceed 90 days.

Speed ticket is fine as long as you disclose it.

Make sure you pass Life in the uk test before applying for ILR...
