Documents required for IT Contractor

Hi,

Iam employed in permanent job and also working as a contractor for a Limited Company.

Could anyone pls let me know what documents have to be provided as a contractor.

I got Payslips and bank statements for the contract job.
Do I need to submit any more documents?

If payslips+ bank statement can earn you enough points, then you don't need any more documents.
If you are using dividends for claim earning points then you will need letter from accountant/dividend voucher + bank statement.
