Post by ashvar123 » Sun Jun 20, 2010 1:53 am

Question Refers to -

D3. What date was the entry clearance or visa issued? dd/mm/yyyy

Should this be the most recent Entry Clearance date or first Entry Clearance..?

D4.Please enter the reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in the applicant’s passport or travel document.

Same as above, should this be the most recent one or first clearance.?

I think it should be the most recent entry clearance pertaining to UK only.

PBS Dependant Application - Section H

Post by ashvar123 » Mon Jun 21, 2010 12:02 pm

H1. What is the dependant’s relationship to the main applicant?

We have an option to choose Spouse - Go to Section J >>

My question - Can we directly go to Section J following relevant instructions

I could see some more relevant questions but can I really skip the following in H and Jump to J

H2. Does the dependant receive financial assistance from a source other than the main applicant?
Yes - go to question H3
No - go to question H4

H6. Is the dependant working in the UK?
Yes - go to question H7
No - go to section J

H7. Please state the job title, number of hours worked and salary received by the dependant:
Job title
Hours worked per week
Salary (£s

Yes you have to skip all those questions. When you choose Spouse, go to section J as instructed. Above questions for children and other dependants.
