i need your urgent advise, i have a wife and two children. can i apply for Tier 1 visa alone without wife and kids and apply for them later when in uk.

if yes, can i pay my application fee alone and show proof of fund for myself alone. will this be acceptable at the BHC.

also , if i get a tier 1 visa, will i be able to live in places like Dublin or Scotland
